Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Bank holidays.

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Please note we deliver only in the UK and non-European Union countries from this website.

PLEASE NOTE

  • If the recipient refuses the delivery, the refund for the order will be processed after the parcel will return to the sender. Delivery fees are not refundable in this case.
  • If you are subject to Customs, Taxes or any other fees, these will not be liable to Luxury Eye Ltd. It is the buyers /recipients responsibility to pay the incurred charges. Please note if you refuse to pay Customs, Taxes or any other fees your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking information to the email address you provided.

Please track your parcel on the DPD, Royal Mail, DHL or the provided courier company’s website.

All returns, exchanges and claims for goods damaged in transit must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. 

All orders require return authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@luxuryeye.co.uk

For refunds and exchanges you must return the original item to us with the original packaging and in new condition. The contents and quantity of the product must be as originally sold. All returned goods must be properly packed and sent by recorded delivery (at cost of consumer). Please ensure that you include your order number, name and contact details (email and phone number, if possible) with your return in addition to a brief description about why you are returning the products. Additionally, we are unable to offer refunds for the initial postage costs of your order unless the returned products are deemed faulty.

Refunds for cancelled and returned goods will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days of the notification of cancellation.
